How do I sign up?

How do I download the FREE "My Dry Cleaner" app?

Our App is available for both Apple and Android devices. After downloading the "My Dry Cleaner" app from your phones corresponding store, open the app and select "yes" to review your settings. To connect the app to your Village Cleaners account, you can use an invitation code that we will provide, or you can use the email address and password that you used to create your account. Use VILLAGESLCUT for the Store ID.


Is pickup and delivery more expensive?

No, there is no additional charge for pickup and delivery. We charge the same amount as if you were visiting one of our retail stores.

What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?

Three days; for example: clothes picked up on Monday will be returned on Thursday and clothes picked up Thursday will be returned Monday. Clothes picked up on Tuesday will be returned on Friday and clothes picked up on Friday will be returned on Tuesday.

Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?

A weather sheltered location near the front porch is most commonly used. We will provide a door hook that can be used for your returned orders.

What type of bag should I put my clothes in for pickup?

Upon signing up, Village Cleaners will provide you with a concierge kit that will include two sturdy and protective bags. If you do not have one yet, just leave your cleaning in any bag in your pickup location with a note that says "Village Cleaners" on it and when the order is delivered we will be sure to include your new bags.

Do I need to be home when they pick up or drop off my cleaning?

No. Your driver will utilize your predetermined pickup and delivery location.

How do I pay for my order?

Your credit card will be charged upon order delivery from our offsite secured servers.


How do you keep my credit card information safe?

We use the latest encryption and authentication for all of our web transactions allowing us to keep your information safe. We also use the latest chip technology that even the largest of retailers do not have yet.

What happens on holidays?

In the event that a major holiday falls on a pickup/delivery day, that pickup/delivery day will be skipped entirely and we will pickup/deliver on the next scheduled pickup/delivery day.

Holidays we observe are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas


Do you do alterations? What is the turnaround time?

Alterations do take slightly longer than our normal 3 day turnaround. We ask for one week, but if you need it sooner we will try to accommodate your request.


Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order amount.

What do I do with all of my extra hangers?

Simply place your used hangers back in your Village Cleaners bag and we will gladly recycle them on your next pickup.

What do I do about special requests?

We will provide "stain" stickers for you to utilize on your items to point out areas of concern (do not use on silk or leather items). You can also leave a detailed note in your bag; please identify the specific garment along with your special instructions.
